RETURNS
Melange will gladly accept returns and exchanges on merchandise that HAS NOT BEEN
WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, with ALL tags attached. (Upon receipt of returned
goods, Melange reserves the right to deny credit if the merchandise does not
meet return policy requirements.) All sale merchandise and bathing suits
are FINAL SALE.
You may exchange or return merchandise by mail for a full refund
within thirty (30) days from the date of delivery. Refunds will
be made in the form of original payment. Please note: Melange does
not refund shipping and handling charges.
Refunds are processed within approximately 10-14 business days
of our receipt of your merchandise. Your refund will be credited
back to the same card used to make the original purchase. Please
note that your banking institution may require additional days
to process and post this transaction to your account once they
have received the refund information from Melange. Any shipping
charge for returns will not be refunded by Melange.
